From a little butcher shop in Brooklyn, to serving some of the biggest supermarkets on the east coast, our company has progressed into a major supplier of Italian sausage. This kind of success is not possible without the sacrifice and commitment to perfection that the DeAngelis family has given for almost 100 years. The objective, to make Italian sausage from only the good stuff, to never compromise quality, even when others say you must, because it may be too costly.
All of our Italian sausage made today are manufactured under the most modern and uncompromisingly sanitary conditions; our plant is monitored by the U.S.D.A. Our state of the art techniques include, among others, a method of packaging our Italian sausage in a vacuum packed controlled-environment container, guaranteeing a bacteria free product without the need for preservatives. Furthermore, our Italian sausage is made exclusively from the highest quality pork and natural spices. Again, our Italian sausage does not contain any fillers or preservatives.
